Godfather’s Pizza, Inc. (“Godfather’s Pizza,” “we” or “us”) started its Godfather’s Pizza® Loyalty Club (the “Program”) to recognize and reward our loyal Godfather’s Pizza® restaurant Guests. We offer the Program at participating Godfather’s Pizza® restaurants in the United States. If you want to take advantage of the benefits (“Rewards”) that we offer to members of the Program, then you must agree to these terms and conditions (“Rules”).
You may enroll in the Program if: (a) you are a legal resident of, and currently live in, the United States, (b) you are at least 13 years of age at the time you enroll, (c) you have a postal address that the United States Postal Service recognizes, and (d) you have an active e-mail address. No corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts, or other legal entities may enroll. The Program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13.
To enroll in the Program, download the Godfather’s Pizza App (the “App”) on the Google Play or Apple App Store and follow the steps below. If you do not have a smartphone, you can enroll on the Godfather’s Pizza website by following the steps below:

Sign in with your name, email address, phone number, zip code, favorite store, date of birth and password.

We will use your contact information to keep in touch with you in the ways you select when you enroll in the Program. If your contact information changes, please log into your account and update your contact information or preferences.
If any information you provide us is not truthful, accurate, and complete, we may block you from enrolling in the Program, or we may cancel your membership in the Program. Each person may have only one Program account. If Godfather’s Pizza finds that you have created multiple Program Accounts, we may cancel all Program accounts you have created. Further, Godfather’s Pizza may refuse to allow you to re-enroll in the Program.
We do not anticipate having to limit the number of people that we will allow to enroll in the Program, but we reserve the right to do so.
We do not charge you a fee to enroll in the Program or to remain a member of the Program, but we reserve the right to do so.
As a part of the Program, Godfather’s Pizza will send to you informational and promotional messages to the contact information that you provide as part of your registration, such as messages informing you of improvements we make to the Program, new Rewards you may earn, Rewards you have earned that may be ready to expire, new menu items you may want to try, and events happening in Godfather’s Pizza® restaurants. You may opt-in to receive these communications that may happen in the form of push notifications through the App and/or email. If we find new ways to contact you, you will be offered a chance to accept those notifications as well.
After downloading and opening the App, you will be prompted to either allow or not allow push notifications to be sent to your phone from the App. By opting into the Program push notifications, you ensure you never miss a special promotion. But you may opt out of receiving push notifications from the App; you are not required to opt-in to allowing Godfather’s Pizza to send you push notifications through the App to become or remain a Program member.
As a member of the Program, you are eligible to receive exclusive insider news and special offers, as well as have the opportunity to share your thoughts and give feedback. We will send you this information by email to the email address associated with your Program Account. If at any time you no longer wish to receive such promotional emails, you may “opt out” and remove yourself from the email list by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of one of these emails and following the steps provided. Unsubscribing from these promotional emails will not de-activate your Program Account; you are not required to receive these promotional emails to remain a member of the Program.
We will use the information you provide us when you enroll and when you update your information in the manner described in our Privacy Policy. We will use this information only to communicate with you about Godfather’s Pizza products and promotions, and to analyze consumer behavior. While we may give your information to our business partners, they will not be authorized to use that information except to help Godfather’s Pizza, and we will not sell or rent your information to others. You may read more details of Privacy Policy by clicking on the “Privacy Policy” button where it appears on our website, www.godfathers.com. The things we say there about the use of our website also apply to this Program. California residents should review the section of the Privacy Policy related to their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Your state may also have a data privacy law. Some of these laws are addressed in our Privacy Policy and in these Terms and Conditions.
Members will earn and receive “Points” toward Rewards by making qualified purchases at participating Godfather’s Pizza® restaurants by: (a) ordering through the App from a participating location, or (b) ordering online from a participating location at www.godfathers.com. You can also order using one of these two methods while inside a participating location to earn Points. You will earn 10 Points for every $1.00 spent. Members of the VIP Inner Circle will earn 11 Points for every $1.00 spent. Points are rounded to the nearest point. The minimum purchase of $5 is required to earn Points. The purchase of a Godfather’s Pizza gift card(s) is not eligible to earn Point(s). Points will be reflected in your account within 24 hours. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no orders made through the app or www.godfathers.com or no reward redemptions. The maximum number of points you can receive in one day is 5,000.
After verification, the Point(s) to which you are entitled will be applied to your Program Account. You can track the Point(s) and Reward(s) you have already earned and that you may earn in the future by logging into your Program Account through the App, or on our website with your e-mail address and your Program Account password.
Program members will have access to exclusive “insider” information – including being one of the first to hear about select new menu items, special promotions, system-wide events, etc. Members will learn about Limited Time Offers and Special Promotions through push notifications and/or emails sent through the Program
You can redeem points for pizza and sides at 800 points, 1,000 points, 1,200 points, 2,000 points, 2,500 points and 3,500 points. If you earn 5,000 or more points in a year, you will be upgraded to the VIP Inner Circle for one year. You will remain in the VIP Inner Circle if you earn 5,000 or more points per year.
To redeem points for rewards, log on to your account on the Godfather’s Pizza mobile app or web browser. Once signed in, click on your account or Rewards icon button (mobile app) to view the Rewards tab. If you have enough points to redeem a reward, simply select the available Reward you would like to redeem. Once you have selected the applicable Reward, you can apply your Reward at Checkout by selecting the Apply Rewards button. Or you may choose to wait and let your points add up before redeeming. Points will be deducted immediately from your account once your order is fulfilled or when you convert your points to a Reward. Only one reward can be redeemed per order.
If you fail to either earn or redeem Points for a period of one year, you will forfeit any Points remaining in your Program Account, without compensation.
Points do not constitute property, do not entitle a member to a vested right or interest, and have no cash value. As such, Points are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or assignable for any reason, and are not transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise by operation of law. The sale of Points is strictly prohibited and any Participant identified by Sponsor attempting to sell Points may have his/her Participant Account terminated. Any Points remaining in a Participant’s Account if the Program is terminated will be forfeited without compensation. There shall be no carryover or transfer of Points to other Sponsor programs (if any), unless otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
We have the right at any time, with or without giving you prior notice, to:
end the Program and/or any specific Reward;
change any Reward or other Program benefit we offer;
change the requirements for earning a particular Reward;
change the time you have in which to earn a particular Reward; and
change any other feature of the Program.
If we decide to end the Program or a specific Reward, we will attempt to provide you with 30 days’ prior notice either by e-mailing you at the e-mail address listed in your Program Account or by posting a notice on the website. However, our failure to notify you that we are ending the Program or that we are ending a specific Reward plan will not give you any right to require us to continue the Program or the specific Reward after the date we end the Program or the specific Reward plan. Neither will our failure to notify you obligate us to compensate you for any Rewards or credits that you do not use before we end the Program or the specific Reward plan. Rewards and credits you accumulate under the Program have no cash value. If we end the Program, Rewards and credits you have earned but not used will expire on the end date, and you may not redeem any Rewards or use any credits after the end date.
To the extent permitted by law, when you enroll in the Program, you waive your rights under any law that may require us to obtain judicial permission to change these Rules or to end the Program. By continuing in the Program after we make these changes you will be deemed to have accepted these changes.
Each person who enrolls in the Program must enroll using a unique App log-in information, or a unique e-mail address.
Rewards are non-transferable and may not be shared with family members, friends, or other Program members. But, if you redeem a Reward for a menu item, feel free to offer them a bite of it!
Each eligible person may enroll for the Program only one time, i.e., one Program Account per person.
You may also cancel your membership at any time by calling 1-800-456-8347 or emailing, cservice@godfathers.com. We will confirm receipt of your request within ten days after we receive it, and we will respond to your request within 45 days after receiving it or any shorter periods provided for in any applicable state laws. We will use reasonable means to verify your identity when you make a request to exercise your information deletion, opt-out or opt-in rights. We may ask you to confirm certain information we have in our efforts to verify your identity. As soon as you cancel your Program Account, Godfather’s Pizza will deactivate your Program Account and you will forfeit all Rewards, Points, and other benefits of being a Program member that you may have earned.
We may cancel your Program Account, refuse to honor Rewards or both, if we determine that you are not eligible to be a member of the Program or that you have violated these Rules. We may cancel some or all your earned Rewards and credits if we determine that you received the Rewards or credits due to an error, through fraud or deception, or in any manner not consistent with these Rules.
We may change these Rules from time to time as we deem appropriate, with or without providing you prior notice of the change. If we change the Rules, then the revised Rules will be substituted for these Rules on the date the revised Rules go into effect. If the revised Rules require you to accumulate more credits to earn a Reward than the prior Rules, or the revised Rules provide that a Reward will expire sooner than the Reward would have expired under the prior Rules, then the revised Rules govern.
At least 19 states have adopted data privacy and protection laws, some of which have not yet gone into effect. You can find more information concerning these data privacy laws in the Godfather’s Pizza Privacy Policy. If you want to obtain additional information from us, or to exercise your information deletion, opt-out, or opt-in rights under your state data privacy law, you may do so by calling 800-456-8347, or emailing cservice@godfathers.com.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
The CCPA requires opt-in consent for participation in loyalty programs, and the providers of loyalty programs must make certain disclosures. They include: (1) a summary of services offered in the loyalty program, (2) categories of personal information collected and used, (3) how to opt in or opt out of the program, (4) an explanation of how the use of the personal information is related to the loyalty program, and (5) an estimate of the value of the information provided by the consumer and the methods used to calculate this value. These Terms and Conditions contain information on the first four of these items. Godfather’s Pizza estimates that the value of the information provided by Loyalty Club members is equal to the menu price of the Godfather’s Pizza products that can be redeemed by Loyalty Club members based on then-current menu prices. The CCPA and its regulations provide that a business can deny requests from consumers who want their data deleted but want to remain in a loyalty program because the data is reasonably necessary for the business to provide rewards under the loyalty program requested by the consumer.
Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)
For Colorado residents, the CPA requires consumer consent for use of your personal information by secondary sources and for our processing of your sensitive data as that term is defined in the CPA. When you enroll in the Loyalty Program, we will send you a notice stating: 1) the categories of personal information or sensitive data that will be sold or utilized for targeting ads, 2) the categories of any third parties that will receive personal information or sensitive data, 3) any loyalty program partners, and 4) the program benefits provided by each program partner. The CPA has provisions relating to the conflict between your request that we delete your personal information and your continuing Loyalty Club membership. If we inform you that deleting your data as you request will require us to revoke your Loyalty Club membership, we will explain our reasons for this revocation, including why we need this personal information to continue your Loyalty Club membership.
Other State Laws
If you are a resident of the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Montana, New Hampshire. New Jersey, or Oregon, your state data privacy law addresses issues related to conflicts between your request to opt out of our processing of certain of your personal data and your continued participation in the Godfather’s Pizza Loyalty Club. We will follow these state statutes in addressing these conflicts.
If any provision of this section of these Terms and Conditions or your state data privacy law is inconsistent with any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, your state data privacy law and this section of these Terms and Conditions will control for residents of states that have state data privacy laws in effect.
Miscellaneous
The Godfather’s Pizza Loyalty Club is intended for and directed to residents of the United States is valid only in the United States. These Terms and Conditions and the resolution of any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nebraska, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Failure by Godfather’s Pizza to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Loyalty Club or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any legal action relating to these Terms and Conditions will be pursued solely on an individual basis, and no consolidated or class action or similar form of collective action will be permitted.
Any legal action or proceeding between Godfather’s Pizza and you related to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Douglas County, Nebraska. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term.
